Wesley and Gertha Wiggins Foss actually did not have any children, with the exception of one that died of premature birth.  Gertha told me that she knew she was pregnant and she went her physician but by her 12th week of pregnancy the baby boy at already went to be with the Lord in year of 1953.  Around 1965, Wesley & Gertha Wiggins Foss bought land in Lithia, Hillsborough County, FL and started a Orange Grove by seedlings.  The couple continued to keep their orange grove going and eventually sold their property in Riverview and put a trailer home on the property.

Start of planting his orange grove in Lithia, Hillsborough County, Florida on August of 1962.

Rosa Lee (mom) tells me that in “November of 1965 Wesley & Gertha Foss was headed over to the property to tend to the orange grove but I had other plans.  Wesley & Gertha Foss took Rosa Lee (mom) to the hospital and I was born soon after.”
